Billing and credit policies
- Unused credits do not roll over — your balance resets to your plan's monthly allotment on your billing date.
- Top-up credit packs never expire.
- You can cancel anytime. Your plan remains active through the end of your current paid term — no partial refunds for early cancellation.
- If downgrading drops you below your current chat count, existing chats beyond the new limit remain viewable/exportable but you cannot start a new chat until you're back under your plan's limit.
- If we ever change pricing, existing subscribers will be notified in advance before it applies to their plan.
